The temperature in Paris, France in February is around 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The weather is cold and there may be occasional rain showers. During my last trip to Paris, I observed that the majority of women were wearing black tights with boots. I was surprised to see that tights could be worn in such a chic way to continue wearing favorite dresses and shorts in winter. The women in Paris were rocking their black tights with tall, ankle, Chelsea and combat boots; I also saw women wearing them with their favorite black shoes and they looked absolutely amazing.
